56 hourly rates were reported; the average hourly rate is $35.76. The highest reported was $45 an hour; the lowest was $25 an hour. The most common rates reported were $38 (21%), $36 (16%), $35 (13%) and $37 (13%).
In addition, 20 daily rates were reported; the average daily rate is $266.15. The highest reported was $410; the lowest was $198.
