Further simplifying the scheduling process, CS SoftDent automatically checks for duplicate entries. With the AutoScheduler feature, users can input appointment criteria (desired provider, times, and days) to immediately view all available appointments.
Improving patient care, the Scheduler puts critical data, including outstanding treatments and recare needs, right at practitioners’ fingertips with the flyout feature. New patients are easily added, as the software automatically carries over information to other entry points of the patient file, eliminating mistakes.
Additionally, the Scheduler streamlines communication, allowing practitioners to access patient contact information and email individuals directly within the software. For added convenience, users have the ability to customize the Scheduler’s display according to their own preferences.
