Changes announced at Speaking Consulting Network and Banta Consulting

Dental practice management consultant Lois Banta recently made two big announcements.

First, Banta announced that the Speaking Consulting Network has a new executive director in Lois Reynolds of Lexington, Ky. She will also be taking on the responsibilities of Director of Sponsoring Partners.

“I am extremely excited to have Lois Reynolds head the SCN team," said Banta, who owns SCN. "She brings energy, efficiency, and adds dental speaking and consulting expertise to our group. She attended SCN as a member in the late 1990s, but due to family commitments during that time, had to put her own speaking and consulting goals on hold."

Reynolds has more than 30 years experience as a dental professional. From chairside and expanded duty dental assistant, oral and maxillofacial surgery assistant, and health educator to consultant and professional speaker. She also has prior experience on the national level as Director of Program Development for Oral Health America.

“SCN has a special place in my heart! I thank Lois Banta for giving me this opportunity to work with and reconnect with SCN,” Reynolds said.

Additionally, Banta Consulting has announced that Laci Phillips and Bonnie Pugh have decided to pursue a new calling of their own dental consulting business, and will no longer be a part of the Banta Consulting team.

“I am extremely proud of Laci and Bonnie. They are two of the smartest women I know and I am confident they will flourish," Banta said. "I wish Laci and Bonnie every success in their new endeavors. Their positive energy and expertise will be greatly missed.”
