Dr. Allen Moses was recognized by the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain with their lifetime achievement award
FORT WORTH, Texas – August 8, 2012 – Dr. Allen Moses, inventor of The Moses® oral appliance for treating snoring and sleep apnea, was awarded the Haden-Stack Award during the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain (AACP)’s 27th Annual International Clinical Symposium on July 27. The AACP created the Haden-Stack Award in 1998 to honor Dr. Jack Haden and Dr. Brendan Stacks, who have made significant contributions to the advancement of knowledge and clinical practice in the field of Craniofacial Pain (CFP) and Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD).

Dr. Moses has a dental practice located in the Willis/Sears Tower in Chicago. His primary endeavor is the delivery of high quality, comprehensive general dentistry. He has a special interest, expertise and board certification in the diagnosis and treatment of Craniofacial Pain, Temporomandibular Disorders and oral appliances for controlling snoring and sleep apnea. He holds a faculty appointment as an assistant professor at Rush University College of Medicine in the Department of Sleep Disorders and is the dental consultant in the Department of Sleep Disorders/Neurology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital Medical School where he teaches, does research and designs oral appliances.
