Carestream Dental has announced a new partnership with Amazing Charts that makes it the single source of Certified EHR for Carestream Dental’s customers who use CS SoftDent, CS PracticeWorks, CS WinOMS, Windent, and OrthoTrac practice management software.
According to officials, the Amazing Charts Electronic Health Record (EHR) meets all 25 of the necessary requirements to be certified for meaningful use, enabling eligible professionals to receive the significant financial incentives offered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.

Amazing Charts includes the Meaningful Use Wizard, a tool which intuitively guides the user step-by-step through the process of data collection and documentation. These reports are essential to complete the attestation process and collect the available funds.
In the coming months, software integration will be offered to users of CS SoftDent, CS PracticeWorks, CS WinOMS and Windent to further simplify the use of the Amazing Charts EHR alongside their existing practice management software.
