In the 2012 survey, daily rates reported included $290, $295, $300, 320, $325 (twice), and $326. Only three hourly rates were reported: $34, $37, and $40.
In the 2011 survey, the reported daily rates were $260, $300 (three times), $305, $315, and $325. The reported hourly rates were $40 (twice) and $41.20.
