The new design is intended for removing light to medium debris. The tip's thinner profile allows greater access into subgingival pockets as well as tight interproximal areas. Big Easy inserts features a wide diameter 7/16” (1.11 cm) silicone grip manufactured from medical-grade silicone. The grips provide maximum comfort and control with decreased hand fatigue. Premier's ultrasonic inserts are made in the company's Philadelphia factory. Premier ultrasonic inserts are compatible with most magnetostrictive handpieces, and are available through authorized dealers.
