Besides showcasing its latest innovations, the company’s trade show presentation will also focus on what has become a key issue: illegal imitations of its mixers. These counterfeit products are manufactured in Asia and sold worldwide for the application of cements, materials for crowns or bridges, and impression materials. Sulzer Mixpac is committed to working with other dental manufacturers to prevent product piracy and to increase awareness of the problem.

At the show, the Swiss company will also present its new MIXPAC T-MIXER. Thanks to its novel mixing technology, it allows dentists to apply two-component dental materials with even greater precision. This innovation significantly boosts the new T-MIXER's efficiency when mixing the materials, which creates more opportunities for manufacturers to develop innovative materials. Sulzer Mixpac has also developed a significantly shorter mixing tip, contributing to sustainable green dentistry by reducing material waste in dental practices.

Soon, Sulzer Mixpac’s proven one-component syringes will be even easier to handle thanks to the new ONE 1cc syringe with 360° rotation. This means etching gels, composite materials, and bleaching materials can be applied even more ergonomically – even in hard-to-reach areas inside the mouth. This is possible thanks to a bendable needle with 360° rotation, which is made of surgical stainless steel that retains its inside diameter through bends. Besides complying with the highest standards of hygiene and quality, it enables the reliable, flexible, and straightforward application of materials in dental practices.

Due to its success, Sulzer Mixpac has also been faced with the problem of counterfeit products produced in Asia. The company will focus on this specific problem at its booth. Sulzer Mixpac looks forward to meeting other companies affected by this to discuss different approaches to protecting intellectual property and communicating the issue to the market. Comprehensive information will be available from Sulzer Mixpac at booth 5815.

Sulzer Mixpac cannot make dental treatment less painful, but with its proven products and new innovations, the company is helping make dental procedures more intuitive and comfortable for both dentists and their patients.
