The survey reported time management and financial issues as the top ranking stressors, finding that most are looking for ways to manage time and be more financially efficient. Several office managers noted that they need technology to support benefits and eligibility verification – along with up-to-date information about patients’ deductible and co-pay requirements – to enhance the estimates a practice provides at the time of service, therefore, improving patient collections.

“We’re thrilled to be the official insurance processing solutions provider of AADOM and are excited about the collaborative year ahead as we work toward improving and empowering office managers to enhance their practice’s profitability," said Richard Moore, president of OneMind Health. “Our longstanding relationship with AADOM is invaluable to providing office managers with the tools and resources needed to succeed, not only in their role, but in the changing structure of dental practices throughout the nation."
