2013 Award of Distinction recipients were honored in Las Vegas.
Sunstar Americas and RDH magazine announce the eight dental hygienists who are the recipients of the 2014 Award of Distinction. The recipients will be lauded in a special ceremony at the RDH Under One Roof conference on Aug. 15 in Chicago, as well as profiled in the September 2014 issue of RDH magazine.
The 2014 recipients are:
Kimberly Cruz, RDHAP, of California
Patti DiGangi, RDH, of Illinois
Jill Meyer-Lippert, RDH, of Wisconsin
Vicki Munday, RDH, of Washington
Patricia Poole, RDH, of North Carolina
Jessica Smith, RDH, of Louisiana
Alison Stahl, RDH, of Illinois
Gail Weisberg, RDH, of Massachusetts
“This year’s group puts us over 100 dental hygienists who have been honored with this award during the 13 years since we began collaborating with Sunstar Americas for the award,” said Craig Dickson, publisher of RDH magazine. “Every year, it has been a pleasure to meet the eight new members of this society of very distinctive hygienists.”
A panel of three judges evaluated the nominations for the award. The Sunstar/RDH Award of Distinction started in 2002.
