Henry Schein recently announced the acquisition of Sirona’s direct sales force in France, according to Baird Equity Research, who considers the deal to be a “win/win” for both companies.

The companies announced earlier this week that Schein had acquired the direct distribution business in Paris and Normandy. Now Schein will be the exclusive distributor of Sirona products across France. Sirona will be the exclusive provider of in-office CAD/CAM products to Schein in France.
