I have so many exciting things to share with you that I can barely contain my excitement. RDH Under One Roof is one of the highlights of my year, and it is just about two weeks away. So many new products will be introduced this year. If you are on the fence about it, go!

Here are a few new products that you can check out while you're there.

Monsterz toothbrushes and new and improved Gum flossers from Sunstar Gum

Visit the Sunstar Gum booth and check out the new and improved flossers. They have a wider, textured handle for better grip and maneuverability. The flosser is larger, which improves access to areas that are hard to reach. The floss itself is improved with greater resistance to shredding or breaking. And the pick has been redesigned for a better fit interdentally. You will have to experience them for yourself!

Sunstar Gum also will also have new Monsterz toothbrushes for you to see and experience. For starters, these toothbrushes are adorable! They look like happy little monsters, and the design is appealing for children. These brushes come in two sizes—kids (ages two and up) and junior (ages five and up)—and a variety of colors. They also help guide children and parents on how much toothpaste should be dispensed; the toothpaste should only cover the center bristles that are a different color from the rest of the brush head. A suction cup on the bottom of the brush allows the brush to be stored upright on a countertop, which should help keep the bristles clean and dry.

MI Paste One from GC America

For those of us who love MI Paste Plus but have wished for a brush-on formulation, the wait is officially over. GC America is launching MI Paste One, a brush-on version of MI Paste Plus, and it can be used in place of toothpaste. MI Paste One is the newest addition to GC America's preventive line of products. It eliminates the extra step of applying Recaldent (CPP-ACP) to the teeth after routine brushing and flossing. It is available in a mild yet refreshing mint flavor. I cannot wait to introduce this product to my patients. Make GC America one of your first stops at RDH Under One Roof to get a sample and learn more about MI Paste One.

A mystery product from Young Dental

Young Dental is launching a new product, and all I can tell you is that you will have to discover it when you visit RDH Under One Roof. Young has done a marvelous job at piquing my interest without disclosing any specifics about this new addition. I will be making a beeline to the booth when I get there to find out what it is.

For those of you who are not able to attend RDH Under One Roof, you will be able to learn more about these and other new products that will be launching after the conference is over. We will keep you updated on all the latest products.

I also have another little pearl to share with you: Carestream Dental has published a free e-book that is available for download. It is an excellent resource for those who are considering incorporating a 3-D digital workflow into their dental practices. Check out this e-book here.

I’m looking forward to seeing you at RDH Under One Roof!

Safe travels,

Pam
