Company takes legal actions to protect its products from unauthorized copying.

NEW YORK--Sulzer Mixpac has announced that it has taken legal actions to protect its products from unauthorized copying.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued a Temporary Restraining Order preventing the defendants from offering mixing tips being imported into the U.S. that are likely to cause confusion with genuine Mixpac tips at the Greater New York Dental Meeting held at the Javits Center.

The Mixpac S-System mixing tips are the industry leader for two-component static mixing solutions for dental and industrial applications. S-System tips have a unique dome shape and color-coded system to match with a materials cartridge.

The Mixpac S-System is also protected by U.S. and foreign patents. Mixpac S-System products are made exclusively by Mixpac at its automated factory in Switzerland.

Mixpac is committed to protecting its markets and products. Genuine Mixpac tips can be identified by the MIXPAC name stamped in the top beveled edge of the tip.
