Patrick Amesur - Territory manager. Amesur joins Coltene Whaledent in Houston. He previously worked as an investment broker in the financial industry.
Dennis Callahan - Territory manager. Callahan joins Coltene Whaledent to cover the Northern Chicago territory. He previously worked as a manufacturer representative in the office supply industry.
Jeff Heinz - Territory manager. Heinz joins Coltene Whaledent to cover the Southern Chicago territory. Recently returning to the Chicago area, Heinz brings experience from the medical and telecommunications fields.
Nick Helms - Territory manager. Helms brings his sales and service experience to Coltene Whaledent. His territory includes Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Bryan Landry - Territory manager. Landry brings his medical sales experience to Coltene Whaledent. He will cover the Dallas territory, including Oklahoma and northern Louisiana.
William Marshall - Territory manager. Marshall is based in Kansas to cover the Midwest St.Louis territory. He brings his previous experience in dental manufacturing and distribution to Coltene Whaledent.

Ursula Adams - District sales manager, Philadelphia and southern New Jersey territory. Adams comes to GC with many years of experience in the dental industry, most recently working in sales for a manufacturer.
Sandy Anderson - District sales manager, Massachusetts and Rhode Island territory. Anderson’s extensive dental experience comes from a variety roles in sales, sales manangement, professional relations, and convention sales and planning.
Lauren Chavez - District sales manager, Sacramento and surrounding areas. Chavez comes to GC with previous dental distributor experience.
Robin Di Pace - MI specialist, Eastern region. Di Pace is working closely with her district managers to educate the dental health professionals on minimally invasive dentistry, utilizing her 16 years of sales experience.
Wendy Fitzgerel, RDH - MI specialist, Midwest region. Fitzgerel has been promoted from district manager to her new position. She has several years of sales experience with GC America.
Millie Fu, RDH - Western region. She comes to GC with previous hygiene and manufacturer experience.
Paul Glabb - District sales mananger, Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada. Glabb comes to GC with previous manufacturer experience.
Gregory Martin - District lab sales manager. Martin is a dental technician and former ceramic lab owner that will cover Western North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississppi, and Arkansas.
Kelly Meyer - District sales manager, Bay area of northern California. Meyer comes to GC with previous manufacturer rep experience.
Rhonda Mueller - District sales manager, Bay area of northern California. Mueller comes to GC with extensive clinical and manufacturer rep experience.
Amy Nieves, RDH - MI specialist, Southern region. In 1999 she started www.amyrdh.com, a Web site with more than 3,700 members and nearly 75 posts per day on average.

Robert (Bob) A. Presutti - Vice president of sales and marketing. Presutti brings Milestone nearly 20 years of professional sales and marketing experience, primarily within the medical and dental industries, with emphasis on new product introductions.

Michael Minailo - President and chief executive officer. Minailo has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry and has held executive roles within large national and multi-national medical device companies, such as Edwards Life Sciences, St. Jude Medical, and Bergen Brunswig, as well as early stage/IPO device companies, like Cardio-Thoracic Systems (CTS).

Michael A. Caiafa - Vice president of marketing and regulatory affairs. With the agency for some four years, Caiafa’s most recent position was director of marketing.

Anthony Barriere - Sales representaitve. Barriere’s territory will include Colorado, Utah, and southern Wyoming. Prior to joining DentalEZ, Barriere had a diverse professional background, holding the position of Boat Dock Supervisor at Southport Marine Company and also held industrial and retail positions.
Al McKay - Equipment sales representative. McKay’s territory will include south Texas and southern Louisiana. Prior to joining DentalEZ, McKay was employed with another dental company for nearly three decades holding various positions such as customer service representative, show and exhibit coordinator, and sales territory manager.

Christine Corsette - Marketing director, materials product line. Corsette brings her experience as both product manager and marketing director from other well-known dental manufacturers. She will be responsible for marketing, professional relations, and product development.

Irit Tenenvurtzel - Executive vice president and general manager, Cadent Israel. Tenenvurtzel brings more than two decades of management experience to Cadent, having served in a variety of positions – most recently Division President and Corporate Vice President – at Orbotech Ltd.
