New features added for patient communication service

MONTREAL, Quebec, Canada--InfoSign Media, a provider of visual communications solutions for dental offices, has announced several new features for their cloud-based ServDentist Solo service offering.

These include enhanced procedure videos and a new survey tool. ServDentist Solo is an interactive and on-demand digital educational solution designed for use in the dental operatory.

The cloud-based ServDentist Solo service includes the ability to email patients 3-D videos of various procedures. These videos keep patients better informed, reduce anxiety, and increase their confidence to make sound decisions.

InfoSign Media has also added a survey tool, enabling users to build and distribute patient surveys. Having the ability to quickly and easily gauge customer satisfaction is a key to the success in the dental office. By providing an anonymous way for patients to submit feedback, the survey tool helps ensure that dental offices are aware of opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, and increasing retention rates.

The survey tool also automatically creates easy-to-understand reports based on survey results. Users are able to select and choose survey questions about patient satisfaction, preferences for procedures, and other factors that provide important marketing information.

With the cloud-based ServDentist Solo service, an office connected to the Internet has immediate access to the video clips through PC, MAC, and tablet computers. Topics include general and esthetic dentistry, dental surgery, prevention, prosthodontics, and orthodontics.

ServDentist Solo also includes more than 110 video clips, of which 50 are abbreviated video clips of 10 to 45 seconds in length that explain the most common practices to patients.
