AMD LASERS' founder buys back company from DENTSPLY

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - August 25, 2014) - AMD Group LLC, and its founder and president, Alan Miller, recently announced its purchase of AMD LASERS, a global leader in dental lasers and dental laser education, from DENTSPLY International Inc., effective August 1.

Founder and president Alan Miller launched Picasso in 2009 and forever changed the dental laser industry.
