The ADA Foundation (ADAF) is now accepting applications for its Samuel D. Harris Fund for Children’s Dental Health program.

The application and guidelines document is available on the ADA Foundation’s website. The application deadline is Friday, April 10.

The ADA Foundation created the Samuel D. Harris Fund for Children’s Dental Health in 1999 through a permanent endowment established through a generous gift by Dr. Samuel D. Harris, a distinguished pediatric dentist and philanthropist. Grants of up to $5,000 are awarded through a competitive process to aid dental community programs designed to help improve children’s dental health.

In 2014, the ADAF awarded 25 Harris Grants with a total value of more than $115,000.
