More details: Elementsfree
Designed for use with the warm vertical condensation technique, the elementsfree obturation system offers both downpack and backfill capabilities in a cordless design, and gives dentists and endodontic specialists the freedom of movement to perform endodontic procedures without restrictions.

The elementsfree downpack device generates and transfers controlled heat to the plugger tips to warm and move material apically, facilitating an optimal apical seal. Its lightweight, ergonomic design features a 360° one-touch activation ring to instantly heat the plugger and quickly cool upon deactivation. Its 360° ring switch accommodates any device rotation, offering optimal control, ergonomic comfort and patient safety.

The cordless elementsfree backfill device is currently the only cordless pencil-grip extrusion device that automates the backfill process when obturating canals. The device’s motorized extrusion system, which utilizes single-use gutta-percha needle cartridges, delivers filling material with precise temperature control, creating a three-dimensional fill of the canal. The backfill device requires a single touch to activate its micromotor that precisely delivers filling material to the canal, increasing control and limiting hand fatigue during extrusion. In addition, because the system uses single-use, disposable needle cartridges, cleanup is quick and mess-free.

Both devices share common consumables, including heat plugger tips and backfill needle cartridges used with Kerr Endodontics’s corded elements obturation unit and the System B obturation unit.

The elementsfree obturation system includes the downpack and backfill devices, a dual charging base, and consumables including five sleeve covers, two elements Gutta Percha Needle Cartridges, and one Buchanan heat plugger. Both the Downpack and Backfill devices are also available separately. A warranty of two years is included.
