WATERTOWN, Massachusetts--Pulpdent Corporation has announced its Embrace WetBond Pit and Fissure Sealant is now available in unit dose packaging.

Embrace sealant is unique because it bonds to the moist tooth, and Embrace Sealettes provide an easy way to dispense and use the sealant.

Embrace Sealettes are pipettes containing 0.2mL of Embrace Wetbond Pit and Fissure Sealant, an amount sufficient to seal four teeth. The user simply snips off the narrow end of the pipette and gently squeezes the bulb to dispense the sealant.

This is an ideal dispensing system for clinics, schools, institutions, public health, large groups, and independent dental practices where inventory control, cost control, and cross-contamination are major concerns.

EMBRACE WetBond Pit and Fissure Sealant bonds chemically and micromechanically to the moist tooth, integrating with the tooth structure to create a strong, margin-free bond that virtually eliminates microleakage. The product saves time and money because no bonding agents are required and it bonds in a moist field.

It is tooth integrating and fluoride releasing. After light curing the sealant, the practitioner cannot find the margin. Sealettes are sold in packages of 50 and are available from your dental dealer.
