ANNAPOLIS, Maryland--The Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention has opened online registration of a program for those who are responsible for infection prevention and patient and provider safety in oral health-care settings.
Educators and consultants; professionals in risk management and public health; policy makers in disease control and safety, infection control coordinators, sales and marketing professionals and scientists are invited June 21-23, 2012, to Atlanta, Ga., to experience a program organized under the theme “Connecting to Drive Compliance.”
“I believe this year’s symposium will be our best and most informative to date,” said Therese Long, OSAP executive director. “We have put together an outstanding lineup of presentations, workshops, exhibits, research, networking activities and a special opportunity to visit the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Everyone who attends will most certainly bring back new and innovative information and implementation ideas to their own practice environments.”
The symposium will be conducted at the new Loews Atlanta Hotel. The comprehensive program will feature more than 20 speakers who will discuss diseases, vaccinations, trends, regulatory updates, research technologies, and training tools. The top infection prevention and safety companies will also highlight applicable products and resources, and participants will be able to socialize and network at specially designed events.
