New stainless steel bur blocks from KOMET

Sep 24, 2009

KOMET USA has introduced two new innovative stainless-steel bur blocks. Bur blocks 9931 and 9933L3 were designed for easier cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and storing of dental instruments. Any KOMET friction grip or contra-angle instruments stored in these bur blocks can be cleaned and disinfected either in an instrument and/or ultrasonic bath (in which case the block must be closed), or in the thermo disinfector (in which case the block must be open).

The sterilization takes place in the autoclave, and thanks to their blue silicone plugs, the instruments are held tightly in place and cannot fall out. In refill packs of 8 pieces, the silicone plugs are also available in yellow and red.  Block 9931 holds up to 9 instruments and block 9933L3 holds up to 12 instruments.

For more information about KOMET USA or the 9931/9933L3 Bur Blocks,  call (888) 566-3887 or visit www.komet-usa.com.
