Minimal invasive dentistry for 21st century


Professor Edward Lynch from Queen's University, Belfast, Northern Ireland, who has paved the way for the use ozone dental therapy, has presented the technology in his lecture , 'Minimal Invasive Dentistry for the 21st Century' held during the second day of Dentistry 2009 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

He is a specialist in four disciplines, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Restorative Dentistry and Oral Surgery and holds the position of Professor of Restorative Dentistry and Gerodontology at the Queen's University, Belfast, Northern Ireland. In the past nine years, his team has been honoured nine times by being awarded first prizes at the annual meeting of the International Association for Dental Research.
