The Center for Dental Career Development has announced a series of wholly new blockbuster fall/winter workshops designed to turn the passable practice into the unstoppable performance team.
"In less than 24 hours, a dentist/practice owner and team member can walk out of any one of these fully interactive workshops, implement their specifically tailored plan, and start building that 'so-so' staff into a team of 'power players.' How am I so sure? Because for 23 years McKenzie Management has analyzed, studied, and repeatedly tested and refined our strategies. With this series, we've built upon the very best of the best and developed this line-up of one-day, power packed workshops that enable dental teams to start realizing concrete results not in three months or six months but the very next day," said Sally McKenzie, President of McKenzie Management and Founder of the Center for Dental Career Development.
Registration is now being taken for the seven one-day workshops. They will be offered multiple times during October, November, and December in La Jolla, Calif., at The Center for Dental Career Development.
Each workshop in the series is specifically tailored and designed to prepare the dentist and individual members of the team to achieve peak performance in virtually every area of the practice:
** How To Become An EXCEPTIONAL Front Office Employee
** How To Recover The Lost $$$ In Your Practice
** Practice Politics: The Enemy Within
** Taking Your Practice Back: Leadership Development for Dentistry
** Unleashing Your Team's Potential: Keys to Delivering Exceptional Patient Care
** Using Your Practice Management Software To Drive Revenues
** Taking Your Hygiene Department To The NEXT Level
From the nationally recognized presenters, comprised of dentistry's most sought after dental management authorities, to the workshop topics that skillfully target each detail involved in creating a thriving practice, every element of the newly developed series is crafted with ultimate practice performance in mind.
"We have fashioned programs expertly designed to cultivate first-rate skills, develop top-notch problem solving abilities, instill motivation and commitment, and ultimately, help each and every practice build a positive and rewarding work environment that achieves solid, measurable results," emphasized Ms. McKenzie.
