Gum PerioShield

For the treatment and prevention of gingivitis, GUM PerioShield oral health rinse inhibits bacterial adhesion to tooth surfaces and serves as an adjunct to normal mechanical hygiene. The rinse is suited for patients with heavy plaque and chronic gum inflammation. It contains delmopinol hydrochloride 0.2% and a low 1.5% alcohol content. It is scheduled to be available in early August 2011.
