Kodak launches new service plan for digital panoramic and cephalometric systems

This optional service, part of the Advantage Plan program offered by Kodak's Dental Systems Group, is available to practices that purchase either the KODAK 8000 or 8000C System.

Under the terms of a new service plan for the KODAK 8000 Digital Panoramic and KODAK 8000C Digital Panoramic and Cephalometric Systems, practices receive regular maintenance and system updates, unlimited toll-free phone support and guaranteed response times if on-site servicing is needed.

This optional service, part of the Advantage Plan program offered by Kodak's Dental Systems Group, is available to practices that purchase either the KODAK 8000 or 8000C System. Available in 3- or 5-year options, the plan provides the following benefits:

* Unlimited toll-free technical support;
* Annual inspections, performance analysis and preventative maintenance;
* Engineering updates;
* Next-business-day, on-site service if needed, including replacement parts.

The new advantage plan supplements the basic warranty that is included with the purchase of all KODAK digital radiography systems. "The Advantage Plan program gives our customers a way to maintain their KODAK equipment proactively," said David Gane, D.D.S., vice president of dental imaging, Kodak's Dental Systems Group. "It gives them that extra peace of mind."
