Workshop attendees are eligible to earn seven CE credits

The 1-800-DENTIST cooperative advertising program announces two regional workshops aimed at providing dentists with practice-building strategies. Each educational session is open to all dentists and office team members.

The Midwest Workshop will be held on Sept. 12 in Rosemont, Ill., and the West Coast Workshop will be held on Oct. 3 in San Francisco. These educational sessions will be held from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. with breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided. Both workshops are presented by Ciraden, a provider of comprehensive business services and technology solutions for dental practices throughout the nation. All seminar attendees are eligible to earn seven CE credits through Ciraden, which is a designated and approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry.

Featured speakers include Gary Takacs, a dental practice management advisor with 20 years experience specializing in financial arrangements and payment strategies, and 1-800-DENTIST's own Patty Spannagel, senior member consultant, and Kristen Bryant, member consultant supervisor. Spannagel and Bryant each have more than 16 years experience in the dental industry and have collectively consulted in more than 1,700 practices across the nation.

Featured workshop topics include how to turn callers into patients, utilize techniques to create secondary patient referrals, schedule appointments for maximum productivity, create financial arrangements that patients can adhere to, and much more.

Sponsors for the workshop include Ciraden, Cygnus Technologies, Care Credit Patient Financing, and Trojan Professional Services, Inc.
