New NiTi endodontic file system from SybronEndo

Feb. 20, 2013
Rotary when you want it and reciprocation when you need it.

Coppell, TX – Axis|SybronEndo announces the launch of the TF Adaptive system and Elements motor. This new NiTi endodontic file system incorporates a universally recognized color coding system to simplify file selection. The innovative motor uses Adaptive Motion Technology to adapt file rotation to individual doctor and patient, providing a greater path of accuracy and a simplified process for cleaning, shaping, and filling the root canal.

TF Adaptive has simplified the file identification and selection system, using an intuitive, color-coded system that uses the universally recognized green, yellow, and red “stop light” colors. Each color indicates the order and progression of the TF Adaptive files, and the colors match paper points, gutta percha, and Soft-Core obturators, simplifying the filling technique.

The Elements motor with Adaptive Motion Technology uses a smart algorithm to combine a traditional rotary motion with a reciprocating motion. Traditional rotary motion begins when the file is engaged and the adaptive reciprocation responds to the file load applied by the dentist. The TF Adaptive files and Elements motor adapt to the individual dentist’s technique and reduces file pull-in, which can lead to file breakage.

Doctors and dental professionals wcan view this innovation at the Chicago Midwinter Meeting. To learn more about Axis|SybronEndo’s TF Adaptive System and Elements motor featuring Adaptive Motion Technology, or schedule a demonstration, visit www.tfadaptive.com.
