Midmark announces Progeny Vantage C Digital Cephalometric System

Midmark Corporation has announced the availability of the Progeny Vantage C Digital Cephalometric System. The Vantage C expands the capabilities of the Progeny Vantage Digital Panoramic System, adding the most widely used cephalometric image views -- lateral, AP and PA for a complete 2D dental extraoral imaging system.

Detailed, high-quality images, combined with the unique Progeny soft tissue filtering, enable the Vantage C to deliver superior patient profile definition, important for visualization of the relationship between bony and soft tissue landmarks. In addition, pre-programmed panoramic and cephalometric exams simplify and speed exam set-up. Exam settings can be quickly customized with a few taps of the VantageTouch user interface, maintaining streamlined workflow. User selectable field sizes confine the area of exposure to best fit patient examination requirements.

The Vantage C includes a 60-day trial of VantageTrust, Progeny’s exclusive remote training and positioning assistance program. Progeny Imaging software and TWAIN are also included with the Vantage C system.
