Kstat Dental's new, patented Digital X-ray Sensor Pockets with Moisture Barrier protect and pad a patient's soft tissues during dental X-ray examinations to ensure that the patient has a more comfortable experience and remains relaxed.
This reduces patient movement and helps to maintain the sensor in position to improve the diagnostic quality of the image. The moisture barrier qualities of the pocket also protect the sensor from saliva without requiring the use of a supplemental moisture barrier. Although a digital sensor pocket can only be used for a single patient, one foam pocket can be used for an entire BMX or FMX.
Digital X-ray Sensor Pockets with Moisture Barrier are unflavored; however, Kstat Dental also has Digital X-ray Sensor Pockets without moisture barrier qualities in unflavored or flavored with wintergreen or bubble gum.
