The single-component adhesive also bonds plaster, stone, aluminum, ABS, phenolic, polyesters, SBR, PVC and other plastics.

Permabond® 910 cyanoacrylate provides quick, strong bonds between metals, especially brass, in dental laboratory molds and instruments. It is the only adhesive that contains methyl cyanoacrylate as the sole active ingredient. This material provides the highest strength of any cyanoacrylate.

The single-component adhesive also bonds plaster, stone, aluminum, ABS, phenolic, polyesters, SBR, PVC and other plastics. Like other cyanoacrylates from Permabond, the 910 adhesive polymerizes rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts.

Adsorption of moisture on the surface initiates the cure, and gaps can be filled up to 0.005 inch. The cure speed and gap-fill capability can be enhanced with Permabond QFS 16 accelerator spray. These properties make Permabond 910 adhesive and other Permabond cyanoacrylates ideal for both high-speed and one-by-one production. In addition to bonding, the adhesives can be used for potting, sealing, fixturing and repairing.
