The Oscars. The beauty or the brawl. Which are you going to focus on: CODA, actor Troy Kotsur, and a roomful of people applauding in a language he can understand…or the Will Smith and Chris Rock drama?
It’s the same in our dental practices, isn’t it? We have moments of beauty when we’re all on the same page and we’re united, and then there are moments of brawl where emotions overwhelm logic. My question for you is who do you want to be? We get what we focus on.
