Sept. 13, 2022
How does your team orient each patient each time to create a seamless experience? Dr. David Rice takes a humorous look at the "creative" ways patients situate themselves in the dental chair.

Accurate. 😂  More seriously, though...great success stems from 3 main pillars: • Great team • Great systems • Great gear. Our team’s ability to orient our patients is key. Comical examples as these are, how does your team orient each patient each time to create a seamless experience that goes above and beyond?

There’s an old saying: Make it easy for people to do what you’d like and difficult for them to do otherwise. That’s where great systems come into play. Do you have them...for everything? If not, drop a how-to question in the comments or feel free to DM. We're happy to help!

Materials, tech, and equipment can make or break us. Too often I see people looking for the least expensive alternative. (That’s what insurance companies try to sell us on for our patients.) It’s no shocker that it’s rarely right for us or our patients. There’s a reason most dental schools, higher education facilities, and my practices use what you see in every video I make. Quality is an excellent investment.Thoughts on the best gear? Ask away.
