You’ve often heard that, during an average five-day workweek, you spend more time at the dental practice than you do at your home. With that in mind, it’s easy to see how people often don’t get along with each other in a business setting.
Let’s be honest ... arguments and hurt feelings are going to happen in any work setting. It’s just a fact of life. How we respond to those times of turmoil, however, can either make the negative emotions subside or kick them into overdrive.
