Front (dental) Office Rocks offers Friday workshop

Jan. 26, 2016
Front Office Rocks offers dental office managers some tools to succeed in their practices and keep patients coming back in this Friday's workshop.

Dental front office staff members are invited to Front Office Rocks-sponsored training in Tampa, Florida, this Friday, January 29. Front Office Rocks founder Laura Hatch will present her workshops, which are gaining quite a bit of popularity among front office dental staff members.

Her workshop will help dental offices increase collections, keep patients scheduled, lower staff turnover, lower office overhead, increase productivity, decrease cancellations and no-shows, create the ultimate customer service experience, and reduce office stress.

This Friday's presentation is at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cost is $249 for the first person and $99 for each additional person from the same office.

Laura Hatch, BS, MS, FAADOM, has recently started sharing her expertise with DIQ readers.

"These front office workshops are fun and very interactive," Laura said. "They focus on every aspect of the office that may cause some of the biggest headaches. We want everyone to leave with new skills that they can use the very next day. We want front office members trained to ensure patients appoint and show up, and to offer them top notch customer service."

Laura is the founder and CEO of Front Office Rocks. She earned her masters in organizational development from Johns Hopkins University, and she's worked with her husband to grow two successful dental practices to million dollar offices.
