Charting tools, covering General, Restorative, Endodontic, and Periodontal headings, include a diverse assortment of treatment options.

ADSTRA Charting™ software provides a complete charting system that allows dentists to create examinations, treatment, and treatment plan charts for General, Restorative, Endodontic, and Periodontal dentistry.

Charting tools, covering General, Restorative, Endodontic, and Periodontal headings, include a diverse assortment of treatment options. Existing conditions, completed treatments, and planned treatments can all be tracked. General Charting consists of more than 16 charting heading choices and includes charting of pre-existing conditions and head and neck, occlusal, and TMJ examinations, as well as free-hand general notes or tooth-specific notes. Restorative Charting has over 10 levels of charting choices and includes mapping of cavities and restorations. The Endodontic Charting Tools deals with root canal treatments and conditions of treated root canals and has over six levels of charting tools. Periodontal Charting includes management of measurements for pockets depths, suppuration, plaque, bleeding, gingival recession, furcation, mobility, and MAG. All charting is represented graphically, making comparisons of patient exams quick and easy.

The restoration materials and their appearance on the chart can be modified by each office and separate charts can be created for exams, completed treatment, and for treatment plans. The entire chart, exactly as it appears on the computer screen, can be printed in color and also in a number of different text-based reports.
