CHADDS FORD, Pennsylvania--ADSTRA SYSTEMS has released the M4 version of their ADSTRA CLAIMS PLUS .

Software features a new control bar on top of the screen, underneath the main menu, and advanced financial options.

The new financial features allow users to define banking details for up to fifteen payment types. Multiple bank deposit statements are automatically created according to the bank definition.

The Payments Log screen includes a one button macro for the processing of NSF (non-sufficient funds) payments that automatically generates all the transactions associated with this multipart financial operation.

ADSTRA CLAIMS PLUS contains the essential components of ADSTRA's full-featured practice management software program. It easily and efficiently provides tools for patient registration, treatment charges, electronic claims submission through Emdeon (formerly WebMD), payments tracking, and complete ledger cards.

The program also includes treatment logs, treatment planning, predeterminations, clinical notes, prescriptions, and orthodontic treatment logs.

ADSTRA CLAIMS PLUS payments screen integrates the X-Charge credit card processing component, eliminating data entry duplication. The current patient's name and address, as well as the amount selected, are automatically used.

Transaction details are stored in the Payments Log for ease of auditing. X-Charge supports all major credit cards.

The new version is available to download without charge from ADSTRA.

The ADSTRA CLAIMS PLUS software is free with Emdeon registration. Without Emdeon registration, the free software allows up to 300 patients and charges.
