I just have a quick question for you this week: if you could look into another dentist’s financial documents (e.g., profit and loss statement, balance sheet, tax returns, practice reports), what kind of information would you want to see?
We’re in the early stages of creating a feature article for Dental Economics that will anonymously share numbers from other dentists and will include some analyses by experts. So, what data would be most interesting to you? Overhead ratios, new-patient numbers combined with marketing expenses, staff costs—the sky is the limit. Ask and you shall receive.
Send me your answers in the comments section of our Private Facebook Group here, or email me directly at [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you.
