Ultradent introduces Sterilox

Ultradent has the solution to dental unit water line contamination problems (DUWL). Introducing Sterilox, the safe, fast, effective and on-going solution for removal of biofilm in DUWLs.

It's easy and easily integrated into the regular office procedures. The small countertop Sterilox generator houses a proprietary electrochemical cell and a reservoir filled with a specific quality controlled electrolyte solution. At the touch of a button, Sterilox generates hypochlorus acid, a safe, non-toxic, bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal, virucidal and sporicidal germacide.

After just one full-strength, 4-8-hour purge of the DUWLs, simply pour 5% solution of super-oxidized Sterilox solution into the dental unit water bottle and dilute with water. Then refill the bottle with solution and water throughout the day as needed for maintaining clean, microbe-free DUWL, onsite.
