The University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Dentistry, together with Golden Dental Solutions, are offering a live patient treatment course entitled Atraumatic Extraction and Socket Preservation.

The one-day course will demonstrate new techniques in exodontia to atraumatically perform extractions while preserving the bone and cortical plate. Learning how to make extractions more predictable, resulting in less chairtime, a better clinical outcome, and a less traumatic patient experience will be covered.

Pearls For Your Practice: A simple, predictable way to make extractions profitable

During the course, you will perform your own extractions and socket preservation procedures will be performed on live patients (out-of-State doctors can perform procedures at the teaching facility).

Upcoming 2011 course dates are Sept. 17, Oct. 22, Nov. 12, and Dec. 3 at the University of Detroit Mercy.
