The Enterprise Edition of Smile Reminder is specifically designed to provide group practices, such as Heartland Dental Care, assistance in message control within its group. Heartland will support control of content, appearance, and scheduling via the Enterprise dashboard. Heartland will also receive aggregated feedback and reports regarding individual practice efforts to retain, reactivate, and acquire patients.

“Heartland offices are all about giving their patients choices,” said Patrick C. Bauer, president and chief operations officer of Heartland Dental Care. “Partnering with Smile Reminder will allow us to communicate with patients how they want to be communicated with. By the end of March, all of our offices will be able to offer interested patients the additional convenience of receiving text and or e-mail communications regarding their appointments and in-office promotions.”

“We’re thrilled to have one of the nation’s leading dental group practices select Smile Reminder,” said Jim Higgins, founder and chief executive officer of Smile Reminder. “After a lengthy evaluation process of all patient messaging services, Heartland saw that Smile Reminder’s enterprise solution was the best fit for their group.”

With the new partnership, Heartland will demonstrate how large group practices can enhance their patient engagement communications at the enterprise level.

“Always at the forefront of practice-management innovation, Smile Reminder now caters to group practices by providing enhanced control, execution, and personalization,” Higgins said. “Having streamlined patient engagement services for over 10 years, Smile Reminder continues to focus on developing valuable tools to help practices and patients stay in touch.”
