I have known Bob for 10 years, and believe he has the right combination of experience, dental market expertise, and customer orientation to launch our CAO branded products.” Nordquist will be responsible for developing and implementing CAO’s dental marketing plan, building a marketing and customer support team at its West Jordan headquarters, assembling a professional field sales organization, and introducing the company’s products in 2010.“CAO is a truly unique opportunity,” said Nordquist, “ ... a strong company with a history of success in dentistry who has invested the time and resources necessary to develop a remarkable range of products that provide dentists, dental hygienists, and assistants real benefits in patient treatment. Within these products are two platform technologies that are game-changers in improving oral health.” In the next several months, CAO Group plans to finalize a distribution approach to the market, develop tools that enable easy adoption of its products by dental professionals, and build a team of internal and field customer care professionals who understand dentistry and the dental practice.
