D4D Technologies is forming an interim office of the CEO, consisting of Mark Quadling, Henley Quadling, Gavin Subel, and James Harding.

DALLAS, Texas--D4D Technologies, a high-tech medical device company focused on 3-D digitizing applications, entrepreneurship, and commercialization of new technologies, has announced that Basil Haymann--cofounder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of D4D Technologies since 2003--has decided to resign, effective Dec. 16, 2010.

Haymann plans to devote more time to other entrepreneurial pursuits. Haymann, a serial entrepreneur, will continue to maintain his ownership position and serve as a member of the company’s Board of Managers, as well as a consultant to the company.

D4D Technologies is forming an interim office of the CEO, consisting of Mark Quadling, Henley Quadling, Gavin Subel and James Harding. Mark and Henley Quadling are company cofounders and have held the positions of co-chief technology officers with the company since 2003. Gavin Subel has held the position of chief financial officer with the company since 2003. James Harding is chief technology officer at Henry Schein, a company investor, and its exclusive global distributor.
