Aribex continues growth with new management, organization

Company reorganizes its sales and marketing functions along market segmentation lines.

OREM, Utah--Aribex, Inc., a leader in handheld X-ray technologies, has announced the reorganization of its sales and marketing functions along market segmentation lines.

Michael Heyn will assume the position of dental segment manager, with Tom Batz as national sales manager. Pete Steinhausen, an Aribex veteran, will cover international sales and marketing. Steve Dawson has also been added as marketing manager supporting both the dental and veterinary markets.

Heyn comes to Aribex following a 15-year sales management career with Dentrix of American Fork, Utah. Most recently, he served as general manager of the Easy Dental division. He will manage the Aribex dental segment including sales, technical support, product management, and overall liaison with the dental industry.

Batz brings to Aribex his decades of experience in sales management for Kodak, successfully leading sales teams in the dental and medical markets. He will be responsible for managing the company's network of nationwide independent sales representatives that service and support the dental equipment dealers. Batz will be located in the Fort Worth, Texas area.

Steinhausen is a marketing expert in radiographic and visual imaging with extensive experience in a variety of corporations including Kodak, Sirona, Yoshida, and Trophy X-ray. He is responsible for developing and implementing the international strategy for the company and will direct the Aribex International Marketing Managers in Europe, Asia, Latin America and other global locations.

Following a 20-year career in his own business, Dawson worked in marketing and marketing communications for several Silicon Valley companies including Lucent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard Company. He will manage corporate communications and customer support and provide marketing support to the segment groups.
