OrthoSynetics expands sales team

Company prepares for anticipated growth.

METAIRIE, Louisiana--OrthoSynetics, a provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices worldwide, has expanded its sales team by hiring four new team members with extensive experience in the orthodontic industry.

"During the past year, we have bolstered our leadership team and infrastructure to provide improved customer service to our existing doctors," said Chris Roussos, president and CEO of OrthoSynetics. "The addition of these sales professionals is the next logical step on our transformation: our commitment to adding new doctors and growing our company."

Todd Nickerson has been hired as regional manager. He has worked in the dental and orthodontic sales arena for twelve years, most of which has been with Ormco and Orthoclear covering the southeast region of the country. Nickerson is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

David Nasharr joins OrthoSynetics as regional manager. With more than two decades of orthodontic industry experience, he previously served area
manager--San Francisco Bay Area, Alaska, and Montana for Ormco, as well as territory manager for Orthoclear. He received his bachelor of business administration from St. Ambrose University.

Mitchell Krueger has been hired as regional manager. He joins the company after serving as territory manager for GAC International. An orthodontic industry veteran, he has more than two decades of sales experience for companies including American Orthodontics, Ormco, Align Technology, Inc., and Orthoclear. Krueger received his bachelor of arts in marketing from Rider College.

Scott Kent joints OrthoSynetics as regional manager. He previously served as senior Midwest regional field manager for Ormco. His career at Ormco involved several positions, including senior territory manager, product manager, Midwest/Canadian regional sales manager. Kent received is bachelor of arts in communications from Western Illinois University.

"Orthodontists affiliated with OrthoSynetics are growing their practices and driving new starts," said Roussos. "By expanding our sales team, we will be able to reach out to more orthodontists and help them grow their practices. As OrthoSynetics grows--so do each of the doctors and practices we serve each day."
