Cathy Jameson names Jess Webber president of coaching firm

Jess Webber, BS, MHA, has been named president of Jameson Management, Inc., an international dental coaching firm.

Webber has been with Jameson since 2000 and is responsible for the management of coaching, information technology, the United Kingdom division operations as well as financial, legal, human resources, marketing, sales and corporate relations capacities. Within Jameson, he is a trusted professional. Within the industry, he's a host and business friend.

Cathy Jameson, founder of Jameson Management, Inc., wrote to her team following a verbal announcement, that:

"As of January 1, 2008, Jess Webber will become the president of Jameson Management, Inc. He has been fulfilling this role--actually--for a couple of years and it was time to make this formal. John and I are so proud of Jess for his growth and development in leadership and management, plus organizational and financial structure. We are pleased with the work that he does and with the commitment he brings to Jameson. And, so, with the blessings of all of our advisors, John and I make this announcement."

Cathy Jameson will remain as CEO and John H. Jameson, DDS, will remain as Chairman of the Board.

"You will not feel/see much change since Jess has been so actively involved in running the company over the past couple of years, but I will be the one to notice a difference as I have more time and energy to focus on other aspects of building the business and making a difference!" Cathy Jameson said. "Sounds like what we teach our doctors, doesn't it? The company needs the full time focus of a managing president and Jess will do a spectacular job."

Webber graduated with a bachelor's in health from Oklahoma State University and then graduated with a master's in health administration from the University of Oklahoma. He has had extensive leadership and management training with well-respected mentors and professionals in the U.S.

"The thing that makes Jameson great is the amazing team he is privileged to be a part of. We feel we change people's lives for the better," Webber said.

Webber has worked with executives from leading companies in the industry on patient financing, financial planning, software, instrumentation and training services to develop win-win-win programs. He also helped develop an international division of the company in the United Kingdom.

He was promoted from Executive Vice President of Operations to President of Jameson in December of 2007. Since joining Jameson, Webber has helped the firm grow from a largely home officing team to a corporate office at the Waterford complex, while expanding overseas operations simultaneously.

Webber enjoys fly fishing, spending time with friends and family at home in Oklahoma City, reading, studying art and listening to music.
