DALLAS, Texas--OrthoSynetics, a provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices worldwide, has announced the hiring of three new team members to expand the company's abilities to serve doctors and their practices.
David Marks has been hired as the company's chief operating officer, and will direct the enhancement of current and development of new, practice-management services offered to OrthoSynetics clients.
Marks will oversee a newly reorganized Practice Enhancement Consultant Department and the establishment and rollout of the recently implemented Doctor Relations and Recruitment divisions. He will add to the service offerings of the Marketing, Real Estate, and New Business Development/Sales departments.

Paul joins OrthoSynetics after spending 22 years at Dental Care Partners, a dental and orthodontic practice where she served as senior director of operations, orthodontic practices. In that role, she was in charge of 57 orthodontic practices across nine states.
Jessica Lynch has rejoined OrthoSynetics in the new role of director of doctor relations. In her new role, Lynch will serve as the liaison between doctor practices and the corporation. One of her key roles will be reviewing each practice's monthly financials in order to offer suggestions on increasing a practice's bottom line.
