OrthoSynetics expands executive team with new hires

Company brings on board a chief operating officer, director of practice operations, and manager of doctor relations.

DALLAS, Texas--OrthoSynetics, a provider of business services to orthodontic and dental practices worldwide, has announced the hiring of three new team members to expand the company's abilities to serve doctors and their practices.

David Marks has been hired as the company's chief operating officer, and will direct the enhancement of current and development of new, practice-management services offered to OrthoSynetics clients.

Marks will oversee a newly reorganized Practice Enhancement Consultant Department and the establishment and rollout of the recently implemented Doctor Relations and Recruitment divisions. He will add to the service offerings of the Marketing, Real Estate, and New Business Development/Sales departments.

Marks comes to OrthoSynetics after more than three decades with leading companies in the health-care industry. He has served as chief executive officer of North Texas Infectious Diseases Consultants, PA; president of HealthStop, LLC, president and COO of U.S. CardioVascular, and division vice president of EmCare.

Beverly Paul has joined the company as director of practice operations. In her new role, Paul will direct the daily management of OSI's Practice Enhancement Consulting Department, as well as serving as a resource to the company's operational departments and divisions.

Paul joins OrthoSynetics after spending 22 years at Dental Care Partners, a dental and orthodontic practice where she served as senior director of operations, orthodontic practices. In that role, she was in charge of 57 orthodontic practices across nine states.

Jessica Lynch has rejoined OrthoSynetics in the new role of director of doctor relations. In her new role, Lynch will serve as the liaison between doctor practices and the corporation. One of her key roles will be reviewing each practice's monthly financials in order to offer suggestions on increasing a practice's bottom line.

As a past practice enhancement consultant for OrthoSynetics, Lynch brings a knowledge of practice operations for cost savings, practice expansion, and service lines.
