Turner Technology Instruments appoints Gerald Slemko to Board of Directors

Slemko holds the position of managing partner at Chelsey Corporation, and is president and CEO of Cuddy International Corporation.

MONTREAL, Canada--Turner Technology Instruments, a parent company to ProDrive Systems, has announced that Gerald Slemko has been appointed to the Board of Directors.

Slemko holds the position of managing partner at Chelsey Corporation, a private investment management firm, and is president and CEO of Cuddy International Corporation.

Slemko is a board member of EllisDon Corporation and Landmark Global Financial Corporation, a TSX listed company, where he is also chair of the audit committee. Slemko graduated with an honors BA from Ivey Business School. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, obtaining a CA designation with honors in 1977.
