Colgate, Philips Sonicare co-sponsor dental hygiene symposium

Colgate and Philips Sonicare successfully partnered Sept. 14 in San Diego, Calif., to sponsor an all day dental hygiene continuing education symposium that featured renowned presenters Betsy Reynolds, RDH, MS, and JoAnn Gurenlian, RDH, PhD.

The theme of the event, The Wellness Connection, attracted 175 invitation-only dental hygienists. Breakfast and lunch were served in the beautiful garden patio of the Hilton Torrey Pines Resort Hotel and five hours of CE were offered.

Gift bags were provided to all attendees containing the newest Sonicare, FlexCare, as well as the newest member of the Colgate Total toothpaste line, Advanced Clean.

The next joint symposium will be Nov. 9 in Chicago.
