Having started with just two courses several years ago, Ross Nash Seminars has now grown to a total of 15 courses from which to choose.

Director of Ross Nash Seminars, Mr. Mark J. Cody, has announced the growth of the organization for the year 2002. Having started with just two courses several years ago, Ross Nash Seminars has now grown to a total of 15 courses from which to choose. Additionally, Mr. Cody announced that the physical facility has increased in size from 5,000 sq. ft to over 10,000 sq. feet in the building that is now owned in its entirety by Dr. Ross W. Nash.

The signature curriculum of Ross Nash Seminars is the popular Esthetic Epitome Seminar series. This outstanding group of esthetic programs is exceptionally practical and intended for the dentist and team that want to integrate the latest in materials, techniques and technology in their general practice. It includes eight three-day programs, plus one specifically for assistants five are hands-on, two symposiums and one lecture for the dentist in the early years of his or her practice. The teaching staff and guest lecturers including Dr. Ross Nash, Dr. Charles Blair, Dr. John Cranham, Debra Engelhardt-Nash, Dr. Norman Feigenbaum, Dr. Leonard Hess, Dr. Karl Leinfelder, Dr. Robert Lowe, Dr. Michael Miller, Dr. Bill Wynne, and Dr. Robert Willis will present the series.

It is recommended that participants register for the entire series, however individual programs may be selected. Discounted registration fees are available for those choosing the entire Esthetic Epitome Seminar Series.

For 2002, six additional course offerings have been added to the selection of programs. Each covering a different topic, they include an endodontics program with Dr. Joe Camp, a hands-on program with Dr. Ron Jackson and Dr. Ross Nash, a surgical tissue management course with Dr. Robert Lowe, direct resin bonding with Dr. Robert (Buddy) Mopper, a special program taught by members of genR8Tnext dental education group, and a remarkably exciting retreat for the entire team and family to be held in the summer of 2002 in the serenity of the mountains of North Carolina. Special lecturers at this program include Dr. David Hornbrook, Dr. Mike Maroon, Dr. Anthony Vocaturo, Dr. Norman Feigenbaum, Mr. Gary Zelesky, plus Debra Engelhardt -Nash and the seminar faculty.

All programs are given in Charlotte, NC on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays allowing for minimal out-of-practice time. Most courses are offered two times during the year.

In 2001, Dr. Nash purchased additional space at his current location enabling him to dramatically expand the teaching facility by doubling the current space to 10,000 sq. feet. This additional space provides the opportunity for simultaneous courses, i.e., one for dentists, one for assistants. It also allows room for additional state-of-the-art dental equipment provided by numerous manufacturers for the students benefit. The extra space gives more "elbow room" for participants of hands-on courses.

The operation of Ross Nash Seminars is subsidized by contributions from a variety of sponsors. Sponsors for 2002 include Americus Dental Laboratories, Inc., Biolase, Bien Air, Brasseler USA, Captek, Care Credit, Den-Mat, Dental Arts Laboratories, Inc., Dentsply Ceramco and Dentsply Caulk, Einstein Medical, Great Lakes Orthodontics, Pentron , Kerr, Kodak, Nobel Biocare, Orascoptic Research, Pelton & Crane, Sirona, Sonicare, Sullivan-Schein Dental, Ultradent, and Zenith/DMG.
