AAWD and Sullivan-Schein are coming to Denver for the second in our 2004 AAWD/Sullivan-Schein Lecture Series. Join us on Friday, April 30, 2004, as we present a full day of education, networking, and fun at the beautiful Westin Tabor Center, in downtown Denver.
The morning kicks off with AAWD President Jean Furuyama, DDS, on the topic of "High-Tech and Low-Tech Gadgets That Can Help Your Practice Grow."
Dr. Furuyama, a self-professed "high-tech junkie" and one of the leading laser dentistry experts in New York, will be on hand to talk about the latest trends in high-tech instruments including photography, lasers, DIAGNOdent, Invisalign, the Wand, mouth props, and ceiling-mounted TV screens. Dr. Furuyama will also address "Joe Pain" and other scheduling and practice-management hints. This is a valuable session for any dentist who wants to bring her practice to the next level.
Dr. Furuyama owns her own practice in New York City. She is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and the College of Dentistry International. Dr. Furuyama has trained with some of the world's most prominent laser dental specialists and is rapidly becoming known as New York's leading dentist for people who want laser dentistry. She is the current president of the American Association of Women Dentists.
After Dr. Furuyama's lecture, you can get to know your colleagues over a networking lunch.
After lunch, we will present "Turning Conflict Into Opportunity: Creative Solutions To Empower Your Team," presented by Mary O'Neill and Kathy Larson of SheDentistry.com.
